The 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment was done in collaboration with a partnership of 33 counties, hospitals, health systems, and health departments in Eastern North Carolina.

The CHNA allows Halifax Regional, Halifax County Health Department, The RVCHI and other organizations to better understand the health status and needs of the community we serve. We also use the knowledge gained to implement programs that will benefit the community. We can better understand our community needs by gathering voices from the community, which is what this CHNA reflects.
